Yes: All wisdom teeth are in the bone. Your issue is proximity to the nerve canal which carries the feeling nerve for your lip and chin. Make sure you are being treated by an experienced dentist or oral ; maxillofacial surgeon. The chances of a nerve injury are low if the tooth is removed with care.

Yes, but: In the hands of an oral surgeon. the risk to the nerve is low. Make sure you are being treated by an oral surgeon. You may benefit from an xray called a cone beam CT which will minimize risk to the nerve.
