Usually no: Pregnancy typically lowers eye pressure. Most topical glaucoma medications have not been studied in pregnancy. Sometimes laser or surgery can be done to avoid medications. Alphagan (generic name brimonidine) is pregnancy class b -- not teratogenic in animals.
