Unlikely: I have no idea what a slight allergy means. Pregnancy should not make it worse.

Maybe: Actually all allergies can get worse, stay the same, or worsen during pregnancy. We call it the rule of thirds. Your body changes so that you do not reject the fetus and this can cause changes in the way your immune system behaves which can lead to changes in your allergies. I do agree however, that there is no such thing as a slight milk allergy. You're allergic or not!
