Dairy elim diet: Milk protein can be eliminated completely from a person’s system anywhere from 4 hours to 4 days, depending on person's metabolism and the amount of dairy products consumed. Patients with dairy intolerance may take 4 days.

About 3 days: The washout is usually about 72 hours (3 days). However, don't let this milk go to waste. Pump during that time and freeze the milk. Most babies who are sensitive to cow's milk protein can tolerate it later in infancy when their GI tracts mature a bit more. You can then use that milk. In a deep freezer the milk is storable for 6 months. In the freezer on top of your refrigerator, 3 months.
