Bp: Not likely but you should seek to keep it under control since you already had one aneurysm treated.

No: High blood pressure is thought to potentially contribute to growth and rupture of brain aneurysms and ongoing relationship will be needed to tell us more about this. Treating your aneurysm (by surgical clipping or coiling) will not affect your high blood pressure and i would not expect a change. Your doctor may change your medications during your hospital stay which may affect your blood pressure.
