Chronic hypertension: left untreated, can weaken blood vessel walls and lead to the formation of aneurysms. Stress and anxiety alone are not factors that would weaken the blood vessel wall.

BP Stress aneurysm: You did not mention a Family History. Any blood pressure elevation can eventually lead to a ballooning of may blood vessels including the brain. Esp micro ones that will show up as little strokes on MRI. Discuss with your team.
