Eat your chocolate: First, chocolate has been shown to not cause migraine headaches, and as an anti-oxidant, seems to prevent heart attacks and strokes. Second, mild hypertension is not going to rupture an aneurysm. Third, chocolate will not blow up your blood pressure. One caveat, the aneurysm is approaching a risk size, as if it becomes 9mm or higher, it needs to be treated directly.
