Hernia or bladder: Pain in the groin area could be due to a femoral hernia, which your familt doctor can check for you. The urge to urinate frequently along with a burning sensation may be related to cystitis or chronic urinary tact infection. A urinalysis with culture and sensitivity will help diagnose . A urologist can tell you if it is cystitis. Also, young women may have chronic yeast infection (candidiasis)
