Pelvic inflammatory-: 21 y/o female says can't explain feeling in lower abdomen ..weird burning sensation in my pelvis for about 2 weeks. PID (Pelvic Inflammatory Disorder) of some type has to be considered in resolving these issues. For best results one needs to see their Gynecologist or PCP for appropriate medical exam, laboratory and imaging studies as indicated. Sooner is better than later in this situation.
