Don't drive -Exam!: Try to avoid driving till this is resolved - seek an exam to discover cause and plan treatment. It could be a muscle/nerve irritation that physical therapy can help or a lower GI issue or UTI symptom or.... An exam will be a good start. If constipated, treat that (water, prunes, veggies). Psoas and other buttock/hip/groin muscles can do this. Best!
