All tests conclusive: Test results always are more valid than symptoms and your test results are conclusive for HCV, HBV, and HIV. You have been seriously overtested already; don't have any more. Your symptoms don't suggest any of these things anyway. If you indeed have abnormal LFTs, they are not caused by hepatitis B or C. See a doctor.
