Can i trust my doctor when she says, that all my allergy tests are negative, and that i can eat everything? without my tongue to swell? have anxiety.

Second opinion or?: No reason to doubt her. However, if you want to spend the time and money to go for a second (or even third opinion) to confirm the results, then by all means do it. However, if all the doctors tell you the same thing and you still have anxiety about this issue (and probably others?) you should speak to a therapist so that you can worry less and enjoy your life more. Food allergy: If you did not have a clear clinical history of food allergy and your skin test or blood test for food allergies are negative, the likelihood of having a adverse reaction due to food allergy is very low. Generally, you can safely consume those foods at home. If you are still concerned about being allergic to a particular food, your allergist can carry out an open oral food challenge in office.

Why not ?: Your doctor has examined you and evaluated your situation. You've asked the same question a dozen different ways.. To medical experts that cannot treat you or examine you.
