See Specialist: Allergies certainly can cause sleep disturbance leading to fatigue and you may need more aggressive treatment. I would see an allergy specialist to help you determine what is allergic and what is not and see what impact aggressive allergy treatment has on your fatigue.

Allergies are hard: Even symptom relief for allergies is hard - really treating them is harder but possible for many. See an Allergist for testing and shots perhaps. Anxiety is also treatable. Try CBT therapy first and add medications if necessary. The combo is very effective if you play your part. That's true for both conditions - but it's worth the effort in both too.
