Hypochondriasis: See that you suffer from hypochondriasis and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Why not address the underlying problem - which is not your tongue but rather - is focusing intensely on health fears. Consider cognitive behavioral therapy.

Illness Anxiety D/O: It sounds like you could be dealing with Hypochondriasis, which is now termed "Illness Anxiety Disorder" in the new DSM V. Anxiety focuses on fears of having or acquiring a serious illness, although symptoms may not be present or are mild in intensity. There is high anxiety about health, and preoccupation with the risk of developing a condition is disproportionate to actual risk.
