Tongue swelling: Relax, your tongue should not swell if you have no problems like allergies or trauma.

What to do: Swelling of the tongue is relatively rare. Even if it did happen from an allergic reaction, it would not be your biggest problem. If you have what you feel is a "health anxiety", you should see a psychologist or other therapist to discuss it and hopefully resolve this issue. Why have extra stress in your life that you don't need?

Slim to none: Unless injured. But, it is impossible to know if you have no allergies since you can't know that future. No one can know the future. Why would you waste your time being worried about your tongue swelling? Worrying about it won't change the future or the outcome.
