Anxiety: Fear of food allergic reactions is a very real issue for patients dealing with food allergies. If a person has not had a food allergy, then this fear may be related to an underlying anxiety issue. Seeking assistance from a psychologist and/or psychiatrist will help.

Still? Again?: Did you talk to your counselor yet? Fears are primarily irrational concerns about things that may or may not happen. It is impossible to predict if you will ever have an allergy or an injury or a syndrome that may validate your fears. I would seek a consultation with a therapist to help you understand and control the irrational thoughts. Worrying about it will not change any outcome.
