Are hydrocodon s harmful to my liver?

Not really: Hydrocodone is metabolized by the liver but is not toxic to it. In a patient with liver insufficiency, the metabolism of all opiates will be delayed and the effects of the drug and the side effects will last longer. Therefore dose reduction is often recommended.
