Yes. Can take them : At the same time. Caution is always advised with multiple medications. They are both metabolized through the liver and too many medications going through the liver can cause a "traffic jam", but the occasional hydrocodone shouldn't overwhelm the system. Take care.

Yes: They may be taken together and are often prescribed together in chronic pain management. They are both metabolized via the cyp450 pathway but will have little effects on each others pharmacology at usual doses.
