Microscopic exam: To make a diagnosis of a UTI your urine should be spun down and examined under the microscope and the WBC should be counted.

Unlikely: Urine dip is not the most specific test for UTI but when combined with symptoms of burning sensation, cramps, urgency, frequency, hesistancy it enhances the diagnosis. Otherwise without any symptoms, nothing too conclusive i would say.
