A member asked:

How long can a normal baby born with hiv with normal immunity(not hiv resistant) live without taking medication?will it survive to be a teenager?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not known: That is not really known. Each strain of HIV is different, and each human is different. You must know that your child should be seen by a specialist in HIV and get tests to determine what treatment is needed, if any. Good luck.
