Anyone can get test: Anyone can get an HIV test just to know, and just to be safe (regardless of being a man or woman, teen or adult, virgin or ex-virgin, etc...). The tests are easily available, and doctors are happy to discuss any worrisome results.

Interesting question: You should understand that with proper treatment during pregnancy, < 1/20 infants will acquire HIV from their infected mother. With current medication combinations those that do have a chance at longer survival than was once the case. That said, anyone can have the test done to clarify any questions about the issue.
