It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. You had acute caffeine overdose with the combined drinks so tachycardia on EKG is not a surprise. You do not have either cardiac neurosis (DaCosta's syndrome) or broken heart syndrome. I agree with Dr. Singh you should get help from a behavior specialist, either a psychiatrist or a psychologist, if you are still bothered too much from those symptoms.
