I had suffered a very stressful condition after drinking 2 energy drinks and coffee ever since im not feeling well and anxious i did ecg only sinus tachycardia echo and blood test is normal is that cardiac neurosis or broken heart syndrome?

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Broken heart syndrome can be assessed by echo, if echo was unremarkable unlikely you have it. Energy drinks can cause cardiac effects avoid energy drinks especially in the excessive amounts noted. If still not feeling well f/u/ w/ ER https://www.nccih.nih.gov/health/energy-drinks
