What is good stuff?: The treatment of chronic sinusitis is generally nasal antiinflammatory sprays, allergy meds if called for, corticosteroid medications and antibiotics. If none of those work, a ct sinus is obtained. If there is a narrowing of the sinus passageways they can be opened minimally invasively as an in office procedure. Polyps need surgical treatment. Find a local ENT to consult with.
