I have a sinus problem from 2015, i took many medicines inlcluding citrazine, montelukast but they work temporarly. is sinus can be completely cure? can you please suggest good medication for sinus?

Chronic and persistent sinusitis is often due to inadequate drainage secondary to anatomical variants, and "good medicine" is but a temporary palliation under these circumstances. Would advise a visit to an otolaryngologist, and discuss potential surgical remedies.
