Singer: You should be on antihistamines for your allergies. It wouldnt hurt to sleep with a vaporizer and possibly an air filter in your room. Also see an allergist to be evaluated and treated for your sllergy.

See an allergist: There are numerous ENT physicians who specialize in seeing vocalists and dealing with their issues. You should be able to locate one by communicating with other singers in your area. If this is all related to allergy, desensitization may be available by contacting an allergist.
