Pain in the mask of the face can be dental pain or neuralgic pain and have nothing to do with the paranasal sinuses. If you have yellow-green nasal drainage, pressure under the eyes, pressure between the eyes, significant post nasal drainage, then you still need a specific diagnosis by an ENT doctor. Cat scan is the gold standard.
