Hmmmmmmm: Cosmetic ankle surgery is uncommon. If you are seriously considering this.....First, you would need an MRI to ascertain what structures might be causing your apparent "deformity" next, you would have to weigh the possible benefits against possible complications. Lastly, you would need to find a competent surgeon willing to perform the surgery.
