Bone spurs: Having bone spurs on those joints usually means there is arthritis of those joints most likely from an injury since you are only 22 years old. Typical arthritis takes many more years to develop. O-T-C anti inflammatory medication may help. However, long term use is usually not recommended. There are some topical anti inflammatory meds that can be prescribed. Best to see your Foot Specialist.
