What to do if i have edema (retain fluid in ankles) can a doctor drain this?

Diuretic: No a doctor will not drain the edema but rather place you on a diuretic eg water pill for your body to secrete the excess fluid most likely or use a unna boot vs compression stocking. The etiology of the fluid retention should however be determined.First.
