Weight: I usually recommend calorie restriction and walk exercise to start a program. Aim for an hour of walking a day. Ideally one session but a total of three 20 min sessions may be easier for some to begin. After a few weeks the duration or the walk speed canbe increased by no more than 10% each two weeks.
