Don't pop it..: Treatment of acne varies but includes proper use of a skin cleanser to wash off oily residues, the use of benzoyl peroxide (over the counter (e.g. Oxy facewash or cream) over the affected area, make sure not to try to pop the acne because it will leave a scar. If over the counter medications do not work, visit your local dermatologist, ENT or primary medical doctor who deal with acne.
