Easy Rx: There's a few home remedies such as vinegar and tea-tree oil but i'd urge you to go directly to the mainstream stuff. If over-the-counter benzoyl peroxide doesn't do the trick, a physician's office visit is in order. If it's relatively mild disease and confined to your face, adding topical Clindamycin might be your best option; your physician may suggest others.
