Ear wax: Ear wax bulid up can occur in anyone. Do not use a qtip since all it does is push the was back. If there is alot of wax build up, you may need to see your physician for an ear cleaning . There are over the counter debrox ear wax removers you can use to help soften the wax which will then begin to move out of the canal.

Peroxide....or: Classically, letting peroxide sit in the ear canal can break up the wax and make it come out more easily. Another trick...Colace. This is a medicine typically used as a stool softener, but dripped into the ear canal it can help liquify the wax too. However, never use anything to try to remove wax in the canal yourself...This very commonly causes trauma to the canal or even the eardrum.
