No: A prolapsed uterus would really have no effect on the ability to get pregnant. If you are speaking for yourself, the difficulty in attaining pregnancy may be the age related changes of ovarian function past the age of forty. Pregnancy rates at 44 years of age are low which is fortunate or unfortunate, depending upon the woman's point of view.
