"Hang in there": Unfortunately, the ligaments that hold up the uterus have virtually totally relaxed and the uterus is almost at the point of "hanging out". Many women still undergo successful pregnancies as the pregnancy progresses into the 2nd and 3rd trimester. Your risk will be premature labor and delivery.
