28yo M on 50mg Vyvanse. 1st blood pressure reading often 140-155/90. Comes down to 125-135/85 on 2nd and 3rd readings. Is it bad that 1st readings are this high if 2nd and 3rd are much lower? Aware of having elevated BP already. Thanks?
