If you have high blood pressure and you have your blood drawn, will your blood pressure be lower immediately after some is taken out?

Blood draw: The sting of blood withdrawal of a small amount may cause pressure to briefly go up. To lower BP would require a vasodepressor response to the blood draw or a large volume of blood to be withdrawn.
