A problem: A b/p consistantly over 140/90 is considered a problem and should be reduced. Recently, the levels of b/p considered a problem have been decreasing, and generally the lower the better(within reason). Discuss with your doctor ways to lower your b/p such as lifestyle changes, diet, or medication.
