28yo m on 50mg vyvanse. 1st blood pressure reading often 140-155/90. comes down to 125-135/85 on 2nd and 3rd readings. is it bad that 1st readings are this high if 2nd and 3rd are much lower? aware of having elevated bp already. thanks?

No it is not.a problem. To have a correct initial reading you should be at rest 5 min prior to taking the reading. Good Luck
