That is easy: But forst find out what made you lose this weight. It is good to know or find the reason. I hope you had intended to lose weight. If not , you need a medical check up to find the cause of unintended weight loss. To put on weight, all you have to do is eat caloie dense foods including dairy products(ice creams, milk and milk shakes and yogurt), meats and nuts along with eggs.
