Diet and exercise: The healthiest way to lose weight is the old fashioned way, with diet and exercise. It is great that you have cut out soda - lots of empty calories! I recommend Weight Watchers, which is a great program for losing weight. Many diet supplements contain stimulants (caffeine, ephedrine) which can cause heart palpitations or other medical problems, so I recommend avoiding those.
