Of course: It depends on your desire to change. For a healthy diet, eat a mixed diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils, low fat milk products; low in saturated fats; no tobacco, and no more than one drink a day. It would help to exercise 30 minutes/day.
