Pillows: Pillows can come in handy when trying to sleep on your back. Try putting one behind your knees. You can then put more pillows on either side of you or under both arms. There is no one great technique to sleeping on your back. You have to find what works for you and just be persistent. It may take some time to get used to sleeping on your back.
