Aerobic activity: It is recommended that we engage in at lest 30 minutes of aerobic exercise 4 days a week. Any time you can fit in exercise even though it is not consistent, and it adds up to that goal it is beneficial and can help to expend calories. Keep it up. Remember calories in vs. Calories spent out.
