Could it be a myth that running makes you lose weight?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not at all: Running can be a great way to get exercise and lose weight, assuming you are not increasing how many calories you eat or drink watch out for sports drinks. Most people don't need to use sports drinks, and many have significant calories.
