Can drinking tea at every meal actually help you lose weight or is it just a myth?

Calories in n out: See the excellent answers on "weight loss". You need to burn more calories than you take in. If u take tea instead of high calorie food, drink - perhaps? Increase ur exercise, choose healthier, less-caloric foods and drinks. If u put milk in your tea then it may not help. And don't focus too much on weight. Focus more on pants-size, etc. Muscle weighs more than fat but that's ok--its good wt.
