Wt loss stool only: Best for your bowels: plenty fluids, regular physical activity, avoiding eating a lot of foods that slow bowels, like fatty, high sugar, empty calorie snacks & a lot of cheese & meat. And eating plenty fiber-rich foods - fruits, & especially vegetables. No surprise, right? Straining is not good, & can lead to hemorrhoids & painful fissures. Regular laxatives also not good.
