No: That said, you will lose close to the same walking as running the same distance. But , running it takes less time. Also, you will still have metabolism going longer after the run than the walk. Now, you may be able to walk farther than you can run, so if you go farther you will burn more calories, even though you spent more time doing it. Your choice. Good Luck.
