Depression treatment: I'm wondering why you quit? If it was due to a conflict/problem with the therapist, it is worth trying a different one. Therapy can be very effective for some people. If therapy is just no help at all, here are some other options: exercise, healthy diet, acupuncture, herbal supplements (5 htp, same or st john's wort), journaling, medication, support groups, vitamin d, b complex and omega 3.
